Customer: Hello, I'm very angry because yesterday I ordered a netbook but i have a big problem, the display doesn't work. This is the second time when it happens.

Tech support:I'm very sorry, today we will send a technical person to your house to solve the problem and if he cant solve it we will send another one and we can add a discount. Give me your telephone number or your address.

Customer:I live in 30 Greenpark Chicago Illinois and my telephone number is 0151226310. How much time i need to wait?

Tech support: The technician will arrive in 2-3 hours, just be patient please.

Customer:Ok thank you very much for your help

Tech support: Have a nice day goodbye.
